Comes a book alng with the frame work of the economic meltdown of 2008-09 not as a crisis but as an oppertuity to reset. I will be doing so. the author painted a fascinating picture of what our economy, our soceity, and geography will look like.
How it is going to be. Or how we are going to work and live in the furture.. How the new ways of living and working drive post-crash prosperity.
With the economy the world is today. Has been in the works for years, As the Us has enduring a downturn since the 1870 and the 1938's Such times as a great reset when the economy remakes itself in a new way. Resets change where you are living and working. which is called a spatial fix.
With the new society will be less anchored with more mobile, with rental homes instead home owership and public transporation instead of cars. will emerge as an engines of econoic purpose. From the long depression in the 1873 arrived back of banking, from bad mortges to high-wire financial products.
As I was reading this book, it gave me the insign on how the economy works, and how I could change some of my finacial budget to have a better future, also be able to push the reset button as well.

ReplyDeleteI remember the mess that happened in 2008. We had just bought a home. I think the economy now is really bad compared to 2008 too. Rent is so high many people are struggling to keep a roof over their head. I feel blessed bc I bought a used mobile home back in 2021 for cheap. It will be paid off by the time my son graduates.
